At last / lastly / after all
Lastly is used like finally to introduce the last item in a list or sequence.
Lastly, I would like to thank everyone for coming tonight.
Use at last when something good hppens after a long period of waiting:
The report has taken a year to complete, but it’s available at last.
After all can be used after a long introduction, conclusion or expectation to remind someone of a fact they should consider or remember:
Prisoners should be treated with respect; they are human beings after all.
